We are currently configuring our MAP policy and will update our conditions here and send out a notice to all current resellers once finalized.

We want to do our best to ensure equal opportunities to all resellers and will enforce our
MAP policy to uphold brand value, help prevent price wars and protect profit margins.

Resellers in violation of our MAP policy will be provided with a notice and given a timeframe to correct the issue.
Repeat offenders or failure to comply will result in the removal of your selling privileges

ONLINE MARKETPLACE RESTRICTIONS

In an effort to control how our products and brand are represented, we do not allow resellers to sell our products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay nor any other online marketplace. You are allowed to sell our products on your own website, blog, social media channels, etc.

Resellers in violation of our online marketplace restrictions, will be provided with a notice and given a timeframe to correct the issue. Repeat offenders or failure to comply will result in the removal of your selling privileges.

SALES TAXES

All wholesalers must provide a valid Sales Tax ID/Resale Certificate. We will do our due diligence and verify your
Sales Tax ID/Resale Certificate submitted on your wholesale application. You are also solely responsible
for calculating, collecting and/or paying any applicable taxes for any sales you make on our products.

  1. Pay Your Invoice according to Payment Terms below. You will receive an invoice via email that will include shipping information, total amount due, and the ability to pay your invoice via credit card, PayPal or ACH bank transfer.

PREPAID ACCOUNTS (NO LINE OF CREDIT)

    • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
    • Orders will not be shipped until payment is cleared.
    • We provide online pay-enabled invoices, allowing you to pay via:
      • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express)
      • PayPal
      • Apple Pay
      • ACH Bank Transfer

LINE OF CREDIT

    • Customers who apply for and are approved for a line of credit are eligible for NET 30 payment terms.
    • Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to:
      • A $15 flat late fee (one-time).
      • A 4% monthly finance charge on the outstanding balance.
    • Line of Credit payments can be made in the form or Check or ACH

SHIPPING COST

We charge you the exact rate we are charged + a $5 handling fee. We also purchase insurance on your shipment to protect against loss or damage.

SHIPPING METHODS

For the majority of orders, we use UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. For the majority of drop ship orders, we use USPS Priority Mail.

TRANSIT TIMES

Once your package is dropped off to the carrier, US orders should arrive within 2-6 business days & international orders should arrive within 6-10 business days.*

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need expedited shipping, note this on your purchase order (PO) and when you would like it delivered by. We will send you the cost of expedited shipping for your approval prior to scheduling your shipment.

**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS**

Please prepare for additional fees such as import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which may be assessed by customs in your destination country. We are not responsible for these fees.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY POLICY

 CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to [email protected] prior to your invoice being paid.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once invoice has been emailed and payment has been made.

 RETURNS

All return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery as shown on the shipping carriers’ website.
You may request authorization by contacting us here. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs*
and the cost of a return shipping label if you choose to request one from us. Alternatively, you may provide your own shipping label.

All returned products must be in new, unopened, and original condition, with the exception of Leak Defender® products. Leak Defender® products can be returned even if used, as they are covered by a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and are manufactured by us. If you need to return a Leak Defender® product due to performance issues, please follow the instructions provided on the 100% Money-Back Guarantee page.

or they will either be ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE or WILL NOT BE ISSUED

*Original shipping costs include the actual cost we incurred to ship your order, even if you received free or flat-rate shipping. If the return
is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the original shipping charges will be fully refunded.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt to
ensure it meets your expectations. If we shipped the wrong product(s), the items were damaged during shipping, display a
manufacturer defect, or if you ordered the incorrect product(s), contact us  within the 7-day window.

If your exchange is due to an error on our part, you will get FREE RETURN SHIPPING.
If you ordered the wrong product(s), you are responsible for the return shipping fees. 

All product(s) must be new, unopened and in their original condition.

All exchanges must not exhibit any of the CONDITIONS listed below or they will either be
ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE or WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

WARRANTY POLICY

The Leak Defender® comes with a 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If a defect is determined to be due to
manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. However, the warranty does not cover defects
resulting from misuse, installation errors, improper storage, or tampering of any kind.

If your customer needs to make a warranty request, they can do so by following the instructions on our
 warranty page or email at [email protected] to obtain the proper form.

 CONDITIONS

Products that meet any of the following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange and may either incur a restocking fee or be rejected entirely:

                        • Missing Authorization:
                          Returns or exchanges submitted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
                        • Incomplete Packaging or Components:
                          Products returned without all original packaging, parts, and accessories. This includes the retail box, manuals, wires/cables,
                          and any other items originally included with the product.
                        • Non-Compliant Return Timing:
                          Products must be shipped back to us within the timeline provided in the RMA instructions. Delayed returns may result in
                          rejection or additional fees.
                        • Products purchased from our resellers.
                          The only products accepted from our resellers are products that are drop shipped (products purchased from a reseller,
                          but shipped from Heavy Truck Solutions).
                        • Unsubstantiated Return Reasons:
                          Products that do not exhibit the issue or defect described as the reason for the return or exchange request.
                        • Damage from Improper Packing:
                          Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packing. It is your responsibility to repack the items securely
                          in their original box, ensuring all products are cushioned and immobilized to prevent movement or damage during transit.
                        • Signs of Wear, Physical Damage, or Modifications:
                          Products showing wear (e.g., scratches, dents, or removal of protective materials), physical damage, or any condition
                          that renders them unsellable. Additionally, products that have been modified in any way, shape, or form are not eligible
                          for return or exchange. This does not apply to products damaged during shipping or those received in a damaged state.
