RETURNS
All return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery as shown on the shipping carriers’ website.
You may request authorization by contacting us here. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs*
and the cost of a return shipping label if you choose to request one from us. Alternatively, you may provide your own shipping label.
All returned products must be in new, unopened, and original condition, with the exception of Leak Defender® products. Leak Defender® products can be returned even if used, as they are covered by a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and are manufactured by us. If you need to return a Leak Defender® product due to performance issues, please follow the instructions provided on the 100% Money-Back Guarantee page.
All returns must not exhibit any of the conditions outlined in the CONDITIONS listed below
or they will either be ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE or WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
*Original shipping costs include the actual cost we incurred to ship your order, even if you received free or flat-rate shipping. If the return
is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the original shipping charges will be fully refunded.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt to
ensure it meets your expectations. If we shipped the wrong product(s), the items were damaged during shipping, display a
manufacturer defect, or if you ordered the incorrect product(s), contact us within the 7-day window.
If your exchange is due to an error on our part, you will get FREE RETURN SHIPPING.
If you ordered the wrong product(s), you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
All product(s) must be new, unopened and in their original condition.

CONDITIONS
Products that meet any of the following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange and may either incur a restocking fee or be rejected entirely:

- Missing Authorization:
Returns or exchanges submitted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. - Incomplete Packaging or Components:
Products returned without all original packaging, parts, and accessories. This includes the retail box, manuals, wires/cables, and any other items originally included with the product. - Non-Compliant Return Timing:
Products must be shipped back to us within the timeline provided in the RMA instructions. Delayed returns may result in rejection or additional fees. - Products purchased from our resellers.
The only products accepted from our resellers are products that are drop shipped (products purchased from a reseller, but shipped from Heavy Truck Solutions). - Unsubstantiated Return Reasons:
Products that do not exhibit the issue or defect described as the reason for the return or exchange request. - Damage from Improper Packing:
Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packing. It is your responsibility to repack the items securely in their original box, ensuring all products are cushioned and immobilized to prevent movement or damage during transit. - Signs of Wear, Physical Damage, or Modifications:
Products showing wear (e.g., scratches, dents, or removal of protective materials), physical damage, or any condition that renders them unsellable. Additionally, products that have been modified in any way, shape, or form are not eligible for return or exchange. This does not apply to products damaged during shipping or those received in a damaged state.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Contact us by clicking the “CONTACT US” button below. Under “What can we help you with?”, select “Returns, Exchanges & Warranty”, enter your order number and under “Message”, tell us if you would like a return or exchange and why you’re returning/exchanging your product(s).
2. Package your product(s). Once we have processed your return/exchange, we will email you an approval email with your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, a return shipping label (if requested) & instructions for packing up your product(s).
Please be sure to use the package size and carrier indicated. This is important! If it is not, the carrier will return your shipment back to you.
3. Drop off your package to the carrier or request a FREE pickup.
