RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
All return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery as shown on the shipping carriers’ website. You may request authorization by contacting us here. We will deduct the original shipping fees* from your refund as well as the cost for the return shipping label if you request one from us. You may also purchase your own shipping label.
All product(s) must be new, unopened and in their original condition except for all Leak Defender® products. Leak Defender® products may be returned used as they have a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and are manufactured by us. If you have damaged or altered the product in any way the 100% Money-Back Guarantee will be void. If you have not gotten the Leak Defender® to work and you would like to return it, please follow the directions on the 100% Money-Back Guarantee page.
All returns must not exhibit any of the conditions listed below or they will either be ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE or WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
*Original shipping fees include what we paid to ship your order to you (even if you received free or flat-rate shipping). In the event that the return is the result of an error by Heavy Truck Solutions (we shipped you a defective, damaged or incorrect item), original shipping charges will be fully refunded.
EXCHANGES
All exchange authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receiving your shipment. It is your responsibility to inspect upon receipt all merchandise. If we shipped you the wrong product(s), they are damaged during shipping, display manufacturer defect or you ordered the wrong product(s), contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
If your exchange is due to an error on our part, you will get FREE RETURN SHIPPING. If you ordered the wrong product(s), you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

CONDITIONS
Products that are received in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange and may incur a restocking fee or be rejected:

- Products returned without an return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Products returned without all original packaging, parts and/or accessories. This includes the retail box, manuals, wires/cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Products purchased from our resellers. The only products accepted from our resellers are products that are drop shipped (products purchased from a reseller, but shipped from Heavy Truck Solutions).
- Products that do not exhibit the described reason for the return/exchange.
- Products damaged during shipping due to improperly packing them. It is your responsibility to properly repack the products back in their original box exactly the way they came and secure the products in the shipping box with enough cushioning so that the products don’t move around when shaken.
- Products that show any sign of wear (scratches, dents, protective material removed, etc.), physical damage or are in unsellable condition. This only applies if the product was damaged by you (e.g. during install or during use). If you received your product damaged, this does not apply.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE
It’s as Easy as 1,2,3!
1. Contact us by clicking the “CONTACT US” button below. Under “What can we help you with?”, select “Returns, Exchanges & Warranty”, enter your order number and under “Message”, tell us if you would like a return or exchange and why you’re returning/exchanging your product(s).
2. Package your product(s). Once we have processed your return/exchange, we will email you an approval email with your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, a return shipping label (if requested) & instructions for packing up your product(s).
Please be sure to use the package size and carrier indicated. This is important! If it is not, the carrier will return your shipment back to you.
3. Drop off your package to the carrier or request a FREE pickup.
