The Leak Defender® is warrantied for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If it is determined to be
defective due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace it. If it is determined to be defective due to misuse,
installation error, improper storage, or has been tampered with in any way, it will not be covered under warranty.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?

If the Leak Defender® is defective, contact us to file a claim within 2 years of your purchase date. You will need to describe the issue you are having and upload any supporting documents/pictures. If you purchased directly from our website, we will only need your order number to verify warranty status. If you placed your order elsewhere, you will need to upload a copy of your invoice/receipt or a screenshot of your invoice/receipt so long as the purchase date is visible. You will find the option to upload a file at the bottom of the our Warranty Claim form.
